Unemployment Insurance - January 2010
The 2010 Notice to Employees is a new subsection to the Unemployment Insurance notice to be added this year. It states who is eligible for unemployment benefits and list the Department of Labors local offices.
Unemployment Insurance - Workers’ Compensation - July 2007
• Unemployment Insurance - New notice outlining more aspects of Unemployment Insurance benefits.
• Workers’ Compensation - New notice in which the amount of TTD benefits has been increased to $571 per week, and provisions for dependents of a deceased employee have been added.
